  • We’ve got you covered with mats and towels provided for class, so no need to bring your own. Just come dressed in comfortable athletic clothing that you can move easily in, and don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • Our classes are designed to be challenging yet accessible, meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, our instructors offer plenty of modifications and progressions to ensure you get the most out of every session.

  • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your session to give yourself plenty of time to check in, store your belongings, and get set up in the room. This helps ensure a smooth, focused start for you and the rest of the class. Please note that late arrivals, once class has begun, will not be accommodated.
